Job Overview:
GFA Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations and materials handling. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment such as cranes and reach trucks
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform order fulfillment duties according to established guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Order Picker is preferred
- Proficient in order picking and materials handling techniques
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment such as cranes and reach trucks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
